Gillian had on-and-off back pain and 2 years of foot pain and feared having to give up walking holidays with husband and friends. After working with Lola, she’s back to multi-day hikes with joy and confidence.
Kay, a keen tennis player and runner, suffered with persistent pain in her upper back, chest and arms for 2 years. These symptoms were worse when climbing stairs. Kay had tried osteopathy, acupuncture and Pilates, which were helpful, but did not alleviate the condition. She later developed severe breathlessness when walking uphill or upstairs. Stairs in crowded public places caused the worst anxiety. After eight weeks into the 12-week programme, Kay achieved this...
One of my clients, Mr P, is in his 70s and has lived with migraines since his teens.
During our work together, he made progress that no medication had achieved for him.
He said something I’ll never forget:
“You can re-educate your nervous system to relate to pain differently.
𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗻 — there’s a space in between where things can change.”
I have definitely had a mental shift with the understanding of my back pain since our call. The mini-plan is helping me—I’ve returned to yoga, walking, and even managed to plant my bulbs in the garden! I have found your guidance and the Rapid Rescue book invaluable. I have shared and recommended your approach to many others in the last few weeks. I feel confident that I will continue to use the techniques, and the other tips you gave me to create a new brain map.

The program got me to see sporadic back pain as symptomatic of other issues I wasn't really aware I had...... Lola has a very welcoming style and has got me to a better place - both physically and mentally. I have been truly surprised how effective talking can be; sharing experiences with the other course members was really helpful, and one to ones with Lola helped pick up specific queries I had. Thus far, the investment I made in myself seems very worthwhile, and I recommend the program to others. Plus I'm unexpectedly equipped to simplify future actions and plan with clarity. Win win!"

The psycholoical benefits of having someone to talk to about issues you would normally have only 10 minutes to discuss with a doctor. Women who have back issues are often busy individuals. It felt incredible to have over 15 hours of access to a specialist in this field to help get me free from chronic pain. The key takeaway for me trusting myself to do less to achieve more.

I was feeling stuck with repetitive lower back pain, especially when moving from sitting to standing, despite my losing weight/strengthening abs..glutes etc - it was impacting my life as I was avoiding ever sitting down (I would stand at the back of meetings - only watched TV lying down in bed and avoided car journeys). I was sceptical as it seemed too simple, but it has worked! I have stuck to the plan. I am not a psychologist, but I guess I have tricked my subconscious into believing everything is ok, even though it isn’t. At least I am better, and my back is better. I don’t want to jinx it but since doing the back reset on a daily basis and being strict about my 10 mins ‘me’ time, the lower back pain hasn’t returned and I am now able to do the cycling and mountain walking that I thought I wouldn’t be able to do. I can also sit comfortably in the cinema and meetings which I had been avoiding as it was excruciatingly painful to stand up from sitting before. Many many thanks Lola

Yes — this session is different. Most pain programs focus on muscles, joints, or posture. In this class, you’ll learn what most experts overlook — how your brain keeps pain switched on, and how to retrain it for relief that lasts.
Absolutely. Many women feel fine when they’re active but struggle with stiffness, flare-ups, or pain that appears “for no reason.” You’ll understand why that happens and how to calm your system before pain takes hold again.
The masterclass is around 60 minutes. All you need is a quiet space and a notebook. If you can, download the Guide and Workbook (available on the replay page) and complete each short section as you watch — this gives you the best results and helps the teachings land in your body, not just your mind.
If you choose to book a Brain-Hack Call afterwards, bring your notes or your completed Starter Kit with you so we can make the session personal and productive.
You’ll unlock free access to the Guide and Workbook which includes 3 foundational steps from my program and a 7-Day Challenge, which helps you apply what you’ve learned straight away. You’ll get the best results if you complete each section of the Starter Kit as you watch the masterclass, so the concepts land in your body — not just your mind.
You’ll also have the option to book a free Brain-Hack Call, where we’ll talk through your personal pain story and I’ll map out a clear, brain-based plan to help you move forward. Please watch the masterclass before booking the call.
5. I’ve been told my pain is due to “wear and tear.” Can this still work for me?
Yes. Persistent pain isn’t always caused by damage. True structural “wear and tear” can cause occasional aches, but ongoing, persistent pain is driven by an under-active part of the brain that is responsible for switching pain signals off.
When your nervous system becomes overprotective — often after stress, life changes, or repeated flare-ups — it stops allowing this part of your brain to do its job properly.
The masterclass teaches you the first 3 foundational steps to reduce this overprotection and begin retraining your brain, so your body can finally release pain.
